These terms govern the use of RightMeow VPN (website rightmeow.cc, Telegram bot). By registering or paying, you accept these terms. If any point doesn't work for you — don't use the service.
Access to VPN servers on the VLESS protocol in 10+ countries. Traffic encryption and bypass of access restrictions. Free plan with 5 GB limit — no card required. Paid plans with increased traffic — from 3₽/day. Up to 20 devices per account. Three server types: standard, LTE (mobile carrier whitelist bypass), NoAds (ad blocking).
Registration requires an email. Email verification is mandatory — without it the account won't activate. One account = one email = one Telegram link. You're responsible for your credentials. If someone gains access — let us know, we'll help.
Category A (immediate ban, no refund): DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-force; malware distribution; child exploitation material. Category B (warning, repeat = ban): mass spam; large-scale copyright infringement; trading stolen data. Category C (notice to cease): excessive server load affecting other users; creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier.
The service is provided "as is". We do our best, but cannot guarantee: specific connection speeds — depends on your ISP and server load; 100% uptime — maintenance and force majeure happen; that VPN won't be blocked by your ISP — we work on bypasses, but it's an ongoing effort.
We may update this document. Significant changes take effect 7 days after being posted. Continued use after that means you've accepted the updates.
