RightMeow VPN offers you VPN services under this agreement. You accept the offer by registering or paying. No separate signing required.
Access to VPN servers (VLESS protocol). Choice of plan from those available on the website. Free plan: 5 GB traffic, up to 20 devices. Paid plans: increased traffic (256 GB to 2 TB), from 3₽ to 14₽ per day. Server types: standard, LTE, NoAds. Subscription management via website (rightmeow.cc) and Telegram bot.
You top up your account balance. Methods: Russian bank cards (via YooMoney), TON cryptocurrency. Plan cost is deducted from balance daily. If balance is insufficient — subscription pauses. On top-up — automatically resumes. Plans and prices are listed on the website and may change. Price changes don't affect already-paid days.
Refunds are possible if: a technical issue wasn't resolved by support within 48 hours; the service was down for more than 2 days in a month due to our fault. To request: email @rmvpn_support, describe the issue, include your account email. Review period: up to 7 business days. Unused balance refunds — at administration's discretion.
Provide VPN access according to the paid plan. Not store traffic logs. Provide technical support via bot and email. Give at least 7 days notice before changing terms. Preserve account balance during technical outages.
Use the service in accordance with Terms of Service. Don't share account access with third parties. Don't use VPN for Category A activities (see Terms). Top up balance if you want to continue using a paid plan.
Brief outages (server updates, DDoS on infrastructure). VPN protocol being blocked by your ISP. Connection speed below expectations — many factors are outside our control. Your actions while using VPN — that's your responsibility.
You can stop anytime — delete account via bot or email @rmvpn_support. We can block accounts for Terms violations. Category A violations — no balance refund. Otherwise — remainder refunded on request.
