Effective March 25, 2026
On registration: email address. On Telegram linking: your Telegram ID and username. On payment: amount, date, method (we do NOT store card details — the payment processor does). On device connection: platform type and model (for the Devices section display).
This is a technical fact, not marketing. We do not collect or store: which sites you visit; your DNS queries; traffic content; the IP you connect from; session times or duration. Our servers are configured to simply not record this data. We cannot provide it even if asked.
Email — so you can log in and receive verification codes. Telegram ID — to sync subscriptions between the bot and website. Payment data — to credit funds and maintain transaction history. Device info — so you can manage connections.
Databases on servers in secure infrastructure. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), never stored in plain text. API connections are encrypted. Server access is limited to a small number of administrators.
Nobody. The only exception is payment processors (YooMoney, TON) that receive minimal data to process payments. We don't sell data, don't share with advertisers, don't participate in data exchange programs.
You can: request a copy of data we store about you; delete your account and all associated data (via bot or @rmvpn_support); unlink Telegram from your website account. Account deletion is irreversible. We delete data within 7 days of request.
